FAQ

Answers to the questions I hear most often before someone books.

I recommend booking 4–6 weeks out to allow time for design, sourcing, and planning. That said, I've been known to pull things together in as little as 24 hours — availability permitting. The sooner you reach out, the more creative freedom we both have. Popular dates like prom season, graduation, and holidays fill up fast, so don't wait on those.
Every booking includes a design consultation, delivery, setup, and breakdown — I handle everything so you can just show up and enjoy your event. For very large installs that require a rental truck for transport, the rental cost is passed along to the client at cost. Travel fees apply for events located 45 minutes or more from Commerce Township. No rush fees — ever.
No — and here's why. I exclusively use Sempertex balloons, a premium biodegradable balloon brand trusted by professional balloon artists worldwide. The quality, color range, and durability are unmatched, and it's a big part of what makes my work look the way it does. Sourcing is part of the service, and I can't guarantee my results with outside materials.
Reach out! Almost every installation I create is custom anyway, so if you have a vision — even a vague one — there's usually a way to make it happen. Send me your ideas, inspo photos, or Pinterest links through the inquiry form and we'll figure it out together.
I don't have set packages — every installation is custom and priced based on your specific design. My pricing is based on a per-foot formula starting at $25 per foot, so the size of your installation is the biggest factor in cost. Backdrop rentals are typically $50 each, and any accents like foil balloons, faux florals, balloon sculptures, or neon lights are quoted individually. The best way to get an accurate number is to fill out the inquiry form and I'll put together a custom quote for you.
All of my installations use air-filled balloons — not helium. Indoors, balloons can last anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on conditions. Kept away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, they hold up really well. Outdoors, expect a shorter lifespan — anywhere from a few hours to a few days depending on the weather. Direct sun can cause colors to dull, and high heat can cause balloons to expand and pop. I always factor in your event environment when designing so your installation looks its best for the moment that matters most.
